FAQ

The price list applied to a user depends on the total number of active domains managed by the user. As the number of managed domains increases, it will be possible to access more favorable price lists (and, on the contrary, as the number of active domains decreases, a less favorable price list may be applied).
The price list ranges provided are as follows :
  • Base Tier ( 1 to 49 domains)
  • Tier 2 ( 50 to 100 domains)
  • Tier 3 (101 to 300 domains)
  • Tier 4 (over 300 domains)
By increasing the number of domains managed, when the thresholds set are exceeded, you will be automatically admitted to the higher price lists.
If you plan to register or transfer a number of domains that will allow you to access a higher price list, you can access in advance to this price list, so that such registration or transfer operations will be carried out at the most favorable price.
The Grace Period is the status that most TLDs enter following expiry date. The Grace Period typically lasts between 0 and 45 days, and does not have any additional costs associated with it allowing a domain name to still be renewed at the regular rate.
Many TLD Registries offer a Redemption Period, lasting up to 40 days, following expiring date and Grace Period (if any). During Redemption Period the Registrant may still recover his expired domain, but he is required to pay an additional cost.
